Livio provides technology tools and does not act as a licensed real estate broker or property legal advisor.

To use certain features, you must register for an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Rent Payments & Utility Allocation
Livio facilitates rent collection status tracking and automated bill splitting. Payment processing is handled by licensed third-party financial institutions. Users agree that all transactions executed through the platform represent valid, legally binding rental commitments.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, visual designs, interfaces, and proprietary software code comprising the Livio platform are the property of Livio and are protected by applicable intellectual property and copyright laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Livio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our platform or communication tools.
